Severe and Unseasonable Weather Across Mid-Atlantic

Wachington, D.C.- It is the middle of January, and with forecasts of highs in the mid-to-upper 50s throughout the region, what will be rain could really have gotten us as snow, but we are still looking at severe weather and flooding along rivers and in isolated areas.  Spotters have reported two waterspouts near Baltimore.  Radar indicates more possible funnels in a storm tracking east-northeast from Gaithersburg, toward Baltimore and Towson.  Be careful out there, and take shelter, away from doors and windows if you’re in the path of this storm.
